Customer Relations Team Manager (Financial Services)

Our client is planning further expansion within the customer care team and requires an experienced Customer Relations Team Manager to manage, develop and support a small team (6 to 8). You will be responsible for ensuring they deliver an effective and professional service and maintain/exceed agreed targets. Reporting in to the Senior Manager this is a strategic role and position that will draw from your previous team leading/management experience.

The role will involve setting targets and KPI's then reviewing and monitoring these as well as coaching, training and mentoring your team to increase levels of productivity, performance and professionalism. You will be faced by a challenging environment and previous knowledge in financial services, FOS procedures and will also need some knowledge of regulatory requirements set by the FSA would be beneficial.

Our ideal candidate has team management/leading experience gained within a contact centre or customer services environment. Previous exposure to coaching, motivating and developing staff is essential, together with strong communication and influencing skills. As you will be responsible for generating and analysing management reports we also require individuals with strong analytical skills.
