Vacancy:Sales Administrator / Account Executive

Basic Salary:£13,500 basic.
Our client has been established for over 30 years and is a market leader in outsourced promotional and retail logistics and customer communications. The Business has grown from a small storage and distribution company in East Anglia to a national brand that is setting the pace in outsourcing and customer service.
The key task of the Sales Administrator / Account Executive is to enable the expansion of the business by building and developing commercial relationships with new and existing clients and managing this relationship effectively and efficiently to result in the expansion of the portfolio.
Key roles and responsibilities on the Sales Administrator / Account executive include:
-Communicate with the Client on a regular basis.
-Production data receipt, control, distribution, management and closure.
-To carry out any necessary disciplinary procedures on individual employees.
-Maintain stock levels.
-To develop consistently high quality performance.
-Proactive hands on approach.
-To ensure customer enquires / problems are dealt with promptly.
-Ensure all necessary documents and reports are provided on time.
-Invoicing & dealing with invoice queries.
-Maintain an effective Diary system for your Individual activities.
-Represent the company at client meetings.
-Experience in account handling and liaising with business partners is preferred but not essential.
-Experience and an understanding of retail logistics and customer communications.
-Previous negotiation / business development experience would be a definite asset.
-Proven success in the last 12 months of meeting & exceeding financial targets.
-Experience of working in a diverse role.
-Excellent communication skills and a pro-active attitude are a must.
-Enthusiastic outlook with a get-up-and-go attitude.
-To work with a perceptive and organised approach and to have the ability to prioritise.
-To be commercially aware.
-Attention to detail.
-Flexibility and adaptability.
-Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel.
-£13,500 per annum agreed salary review within 12 months.
