As WiFi Sales Manager reporting to the Director: WiFi Sales, you'll be responsible for driving the acquisition, rollout and management of high-growth WiFi hotspot sites - This is a business development sales role that will mean taking end-to-end responsibility for the acquisition of site portfolios for the deployment of WiFi hotspots. As a member of the bid team, you'll also be involved in:
* the development of site acquisition plans
* project management and support for site selection
* portfolio owner liaison, ensuring all resources are in place for portfolio acquisitions
* establishing contacts and building relationships with all stakeholders.

Additionally, the WiFi Sales Manager will interface with customers on all acquisition issues, in addition to supporting negotiations and providing partner training.

You must have a strong academic background and proven experience in sales development. Experience of WiFi/mobile/retail site acquisition and sales would be advantageous. With first-class communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be adept at building relationships and rapport with all internal and external stakeholders, decision makers and influencers to close the sale. Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills will complement:
* a high level of motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
* strong negotiation skills
* in-depth experience of developing and managing key stakeholder relationships
* a clear ability to represent the company at any level.
Experience of working with landlords and/or involvement in property sales would be an advantage.
