Commercial Recruitment Consultant

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our Client, a leading recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Commercial recruitment consultant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking for the next step in their career.

THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Building relationships with new and existing clients
-Identifying and securing new business opportunities, arranging and undertaking appointments with key decision makers.
-Account management at all levels.
-Making use of the internal database, to source and locate candidates
-Receiving and reviewing applications, managing registrations including the administration of selection tests.
-Checking references and suitability of applicants -Ability to travel within the local area is essential
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Essential:

-Minimum of 1 years experience within commercial recruitment
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Proven sales track record within recruitment
-Ability to manage your own diary and appointments
-Degree Level Educated
