My Client is one of the UK's biggest and best fashion retailers who has recently re-organised their Visual Merchandise structure to ensure that they are now offering world-class visual merchandise standards.
To help in this ambition , they have now created a new role of Regional Visual Merchandise Manager, to look after up to 40 stores within the Midlands/ Home Counties region.
Your responsibilities will be;
-To support the delivery of the regional sales plan across the region executing world class, inspirational, easy to shop stores .
-To lead and influence the Store Teams in implementing and maintaining the brand image across all stores; executing the Store Presentation, Visual and Marketing principles, sustaining exceptional levels of Visual Merchandising and providing an inspirational shopping environment for our customers.
-Deliver the visual proposition that supports the Activity Calendar including: Events, New Season, Christmas, Sale and Product Launches etc.
-Excellent visual standards across all stores.
-Manage the measurement process of Visual Merchandising within each store.
-Work with the regional teams in establishing the regional visual matrix, ensuring the delivery of one clear visual structure, clarity of role, career path & succession planning across all stores.
-A well trained and highly motivated Visual Team.
-Support the regional teams in ensuring the Commercial teams are trained in Visual Merchandising.
-Set clear direction and coach Visual and Commercial Teams to achieve the required visual standards.
-Work with the Commercial team to plan and implement the Seasonal Policy.
-Ensure correct use and availability of visual kit and mannequins in all stores.
-Regularly maintain a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the local market and competitor activities to benchmark performance
-Use commercial data to support all proposals and recommendations.
-Build strong links and regular communication activities with relevant Head Office personnel.
-Manage all identified projects from brief to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
-Maximise sales and create efficiencies whilst considering environmentally friendly solutions
