Office Administrator

Office Administrator
20 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Our Safety & Sustainability Department, based at the Nottingham depot, supports all of the 3663 and Bidvest Logistics sites. As part of the team you will be responsible for various administration duties including:

* Reviewing reports and associated paperwork
* Processing invoices
* Processing letters and reimbursements for company eye tests
* Photocopying, filing and archiving
* Managing the databases
* Providing administrative support to the team

You will have previous administration experience, excellent IT skills and be able to work as part of a busy team.
